My life's work is dedicated to exploring the concepts of wellbeing and their interconnectedness to how we can live with more purpose, joy and energy. Helping you befriend and apply your mind, body AND your intuition to offer a uniquely cohesive holistic practice.

HOW IT WORKS

Through INTELLIGENT MOVEMENT (LYT Yoga), DEEP REST (NSDR) and COMPASSIONATE OBSERVATION, we will work together to discover, acknowledge and understand the patterns and processes that control your world right now.

By organising and gently refining these three areas, we give ourselves the opportunity to reset and optimise fundamental systems of our health and wellbeing, leading us to gain and retain strength and clarity, in all walks of our lives.

I believe that by understanding how your thoughts and behaviours affect your well-being, you can alter your focus and create your desired reality.
